General Questions

Khóa học IT is a free online learning platform that provides access to high-quality IT and technology courses. Our platform is built with a focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience, allowing you to learn at your own pace without any cost.

Yes! All courses on Khóa học IT are completely free. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or premium tiers. We believe in making quality education accessible to everyone.

No account is required! Our platform uses local browser storage to save your progress, enrolled courses, and preferences. This means your data stays on your device and you maintain complete privacy.

We currently support English (EN) and Vietnamese (VI). You can switch between languages using the language toggle in the header. Your language preference is saved locally for future visits.

Course Questions

To enroll in a course, simply navigate to the course detail page and click the "Enroll Course" button. Your enrollment will be saved locally on your device, and you can start learning immediately.

Since your data is stored locally in your browser, your progress and enrollments won't automatically sync across devices. You'll need to enroll in courses separately on each device you use.

Your progress is automatically tracked as you complete lectures. You can mark lectures as completed, and your video playback position is saved. All progress data is stored locally using IndexedDB, so it persists between sessions on the same device and browser.

The wishlist allows you to save courses you're interested in for later. Click the "Add to Wishlist" button on any course detail page to save it. You can remove courses from your wishlist at any time.

Currently, we do not offer certificates of completion. Our platform focuses on providing free access to quality learning content. The knowledge and skills you gain are the real value!

Platform Usage

Click the theme toggle button in the header (sun/moon icon) to switch between light, dark, and system modes. Your preference will be saved locally and applied automatically on future visits.

If you clear your browser data or site data, all your locally stored information will be lost. This includes your enrolled courses, wishlist, progress, and preferences. Make sure to note which courses you're taking before clearing browser data.

The platform requires an internet connection to load pages and stream video content. However, your progress and preferences are stored locally, so they'll be available when you reconnect.

Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and works seamlessly on mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers. The layout adapts to your screen size for the best viewing experience.

Our platform works best on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience. IndexedDB support is required for saving your progress.

Technical Support

If the video player isn't loading, try these steps:

  • Refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions that might block video content

Progress saving requires IndexedDB support in your browser. If your progress isn't saving:

  • Make sure you're not in private/incognito mode
  • Check that your browser allows local storage
  • Ensure you have enough storage space available
  • Try using a different browser
